2 lbs small yellow potatoes (8 small potatoes)

Half a jar of pickles

1/4 cup onion finely diced

1/4 cup unrefined sunflower oil

2 tablespoons peperoncino brine (like mezzette)

1 to 2 tablespoons sea salt
