My first digital zine that I made with my partner when we left Austin so that our community could continue baking their our Burnt Basque Cheesecakes that we used to sell at our micro-bakery. My signature style was a molten style burnt basque cheesecake where the inside is not quite set, which is a common characteristic found in cheesecakes all over Spain.
